Mobile Phone Technician

We are currently looking for a new mobile phone repair technician to join our repair team.

As a Mobile Phone Technician you will be responsible for:

  • Full refurbishment of mobile phones

  • Replacing parts

  • Repairing faults

  • Dis-assembly/reassembly of mobile phones

 

We are looking for someone who has some previous experience in repairing mobile phones, even if this is simple DIY at home work. A keen interest in technology/electronics is a must.

You will be repairing the latest mobile devices such as:

  • Apple iPhones

  • iPads

  • Samsung

Experience & Skills

Our ideal candidate has:

  • An interest in electronics

  • Experience in working within a targeted, fast-paced environment

  • At least some previous experience in repairing computers, mobile phones, games consoles even if this is very simple at home DIY repair work however full training will be given so not essential.

You must be able to work on your own and as part of a team.

Mobile Phone Quality Control Tester

We are currently looking for a new member of staff to join our team. Your main responsibility will be testing the basic everyday functionality of mobile phones and electronics before and after repairs have been carried out accurately identifying any problems. For example, you would test all the buttons work, speakers and cameras etc. If any faults are found these will then be repaired by our in house repair team. Full training will be provided.

Quality control is a huge importance therefore a successful candidate must show attention to detail, pride in quality of work and the ability to work as a team as well as on their own. This role would suit someone interested in technology.

Required skills and  experience

  • Good communication/team work skills

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise own workload and manage time effectively

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to stay focused under pressure

  • A desire to show initiative

  • Quick learner

  • Knowledge of using computers

You will also be required to help out in other general roles when required which will include labelling parcels for dispatch back to customers so flexibility is required.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
