How does it work?
Got a bulk order? Follow the quick and easy process below:
STAGE ONE
Fill out a quick form detailing all your details and the devices which require a repair at the barcode level.
Please send the form to your
Account Manager.
STAGE TWO
Please package your devices up in appropriate packaging.
UK customers: have the option to send the full device or just the screen that needs repairing
EU customers: please send the screens detached from the smartphone.
STAGE THREE
Please arrange delivery of
your devices.

Terms
On submission of the glass refurbishment form and sending your screens/iPhone's to WJD Repairs, indicates that you accept our terms and conditions for refurbishment.
We are only able to accept original screens for refurbishment (including those previously-refurbished). We cannot accept non-branded 'copy' screens from third-party manufacturers. We can only accept iPhones where the LCD is fully functional.
Where glass cannot be repaired, the glass will be replaced and recycled responsibly.
12 MONTH WARRANTY
All repairs receive a 12 month warranty on screens refurbished for you.
UK CUSTOMERS
Businesses located in the UK have the option to send the full device or just the screens that need repairing.
EU CUSTOMERS
For businesses in the EU, please send the screens only, detached from the smartphones.
RETURN SHIPPING
The customer bears all responsibility in relation to return shipping, including postage costs and liability for damage/loss.
PAYMENT AND MINIMUM ORDER
We accept Bank transfer. We will only release goods once funds are cleared. We under no circumstances allow cash or cheques paid directly into our account. We do not accept any orders lower than 20 screens.
