What should we agree about grading, battery condition and warranty?
Agree the written cosmetic criteria, functional test scope, battery requirement, parts disclosures, included accessories and business warranty or returns terms for the specific supply. Do not assume another supplier’s grade definition or consumer marketplace terms apply.
